We want you, as a customer, to be satisfied with your order. If not, you’ll get a full refund.
You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the purchased comics. Once we receive the return, you’ll be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs.
The only cost you’ll incur is the return shipping from your home to C.A.T.S. Unlimited. This cost is approximately 8.00 per package. For exact rates, check your preferred carrier’s website. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging to C.A.T.S. Unlimited.
To make use of this right, you can contact us at info@comicandtoysstore.com. We will then refund the order amount owed within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good condition.
