Ripley and her crew travel to the Alien homeworld in order to capture the Alien Queen Mother. The crew is soon attacked by Aliens and stranded as their armored personnel carrier heads for a nuclear meltdown. Meanwhile, Ripley is able to capture the Alien Queen Mother and trap her on their spaceship. Ripley then forces the pilot to go back and rescue the rest of the crew.

De bemanning wordt al snel aangevallen door Aliens en strandt terwijl hun pantserwagen op weg is naar een nucleaire meltdown. Ondertussen slaagt Ripley erin de Alien Queen Mother te vangen en haar op te sluiten in hun ruimteschip. Ripley dwingt de piloot vervolgens om terug te gaan en de rest van de bemanning te redden.
